I am headed off to my aunts cabin tomorrow for the weekend. We are having a girls weekend with all the cousins in my fam. I am so excited and can't help but to keep thinking about how much I need a little getaway. This is a yearly tradition we do and it is always a blast! I will post all about it with pics when I get back, until then...

Maisey is getting...
a baby
BROTHER!
We are so excited that we will be having one of each. I had my big ultrasound on Wed. and everything looks perfect, he is currently weighing around 9oz. It was very obvious that it was a boy, he wasn't being shy (typical Miller). He is growing so fast, its crazy how much they change in between apppointments. I am feeling him move quite a bit now, and he is a wiggly little thing. Anyway, we are SO excited that we are getting a boy, now the challenge is going to be picking a name.

There will be some fun vendor's there. I know there will be a scentsy booth, I will have a modbe/watch booth and there should be lots more. So if your bored come on over and check it out. It will be from 12-3 and should be fun, plus I am so excited to show off modbe's new fall stuff. They have a ton of cute things coming out and here are just a couple pics of some of their new stuff...

Maisey's newest interests...
Because I have felt like we have had nothing "blog worthy" going on lately, I have been slacking major on posting. So, I have decided to post about all the newest things Maisey has been doing that has been cracking us up. She has got the funniest little personality and it comes out more and more everyday. Apparently she has watched me talk on the phone way to much, because whenever she gets her hands on a phone she picks it up and puts it to her ear and says "hi." She also says a whole bunch of other things that I can't seem to understand. It's too cute!
She also has found her abilities to climb. She has really enjoyed climbing in the cupboard that we keep our tupperwear in and her toy box which has a lid that has shut on her more than once. The other day she was playing in her room and was being extremely quiet (never a good sign) so we went in to check on her and she had climbed in her swing and was just swinging away. Too funny, we just had to laugh at her.
She has been so much fun and we look forward to really seeing her personality when she begins talking regularly. She is learning something new everyday and she is always making us smile. I can't wait to see her as a big sister!

Bitter...Sweet
I am feeling a little bitter today because yesterday I got released from my calling as the camp director. I loved this calling so much because I got to know some of the best leaders and I really loved the girls. The young women's program is just amazing and I am so sad that I will no longer be any part of it.
For the sweet part, I got a new calling as achievement days leader. I am really excited and nervous for this new calling. I can't wait to get to know the girls (I will be with the 9-10 yr olds) and I will look forward to building new friendships with those I will be serving with. I really don't know much about achievement days so I feel a little overwhelmed but am excited for the challenge. If you have any advice I'm sure I can use it.

Newest Project...
Our latest project in our house is finishing our basement. We really want to get it done before the baby comes so we can put our computer room/piano down stairs and use our current office as a bedroom. That way they won't have to share a room. We are just finishing up the electrical and then we will be ready for sheetrock and insulation. So, I am wondering if anyone know's anyone who does the following and would be willing to do a side job (we want to hire out most of the work)...
*Drywall
*Finish work
*Painter
Also we would obviously prefer someone who is good but reasonably priced. Thanks for your help!

aNyOnE eLsE...

already in the holiday spirit? I know I am completely crazy because it is only the first of September, but I can't seem to get the holiday's off my mind. I am ready to start my shopping and I just can't wait until they come. I am excited to have Christmas with Mais this year because I think she will be able to enjoy it at least a little. Anyone else feeling the holiday itch yet, or am I just crazy?

I'm in trouble...
This morning I woke to a huge bang and then a sudden shouting/crying. I ran to Maisey's room and sure enough she had fallen out of her crib. She has started a new thing lately with climbing so I'm assuming she was trying to climb out and instead face planted. It scared me so bad and now I'm wondering what I should do? Her crib is on the lowest setting and she can still manage her way out. I really am not looking forward to the toddler bed thing when she can get out of bed whenever she wants. Oh that would be a nightmare. Any other ideas?

Dr. Appointment...
So I had my 14 week appointment to day and I was really hoping that my doctor could at least make a decent guess on the sex of the baby (I know it's really early but I'm dying to know). Ya there was no way she could even guess. At first she said "I'm pretty sure it's a girl because I can't see anything that looks like a boy," but then a couple minutes later she says "oh wait that kind of looks like a boy right there." So basically she had no clue. I will have my big ultra sound in 4 weeks so they should be able to for sure tell me then. But everything looks really good and the cute little bug was sucking its thumb (great another thumb sucker).

Girls Camp:
I have been slow posting about girls camp because I was only home for one day and then I packed up and left for Park City with Cade's family for the week. I haven't had a chance to upload my pics to my computer so I can share them but I will add them later. I just wanted to post about a few highlights of girls camp.
*Being with all the leader's (we had the best time together and everyone got along so well)
*We did a "Hold to the Rod" course that was so amazing. I think I got more out of it then the girls did but I hope it made an everlasting impression on them. It was extremely spiritual and I bawled through the whole thing.
*Lake time on the canoe's (although I opted to use a paddle boat instead), I got to watch one of the leaders canoes tip over and not once but twice. It was hilarious.
*I loved the challange course, I watched the girls go through the high wire part and it was so fun to watch them challenge themselves.
*Of course testimony meeting is always a huge highlight, it's always nice and refreshing to bare your testimony but it is the best to hear the girls. They have such sweet spirits and testimonies and I really did learn a lot from them.
*Watching all the girls get soaked by the Bishop and Brother Jones (I sure was glad that I stayed out of it). I have to say the men were the worst with the water fightss. It was against the rules but shhh don't tell anyone.
*We had an activity based on cinnimon rolls (it sounds silly but it was awesome). I don't want to make it too long so I'll leave out the details but it gave the girls a chance to really open up to eachother and get to know some of the girls they didn't know very well.
Overall girls camp was amazing and I just feel blessed to have my calling. I left camp with so much more then I went with. I always feel so good after spending a few days with the girls and spending time getting closer to my Heavenly Father. I'm so thankful for all the help I had from the leaders, they made it all work out perfectly. Thanks for reading (sorry it's so long). I'll post my pics later.

Busy Time Beads:
I am having a "Busy time beads" party on Tues. Aug. 26th from 6-8 at my sister in laws house in Syracuse. If any of you aren't sure what this is, it is a bracelet watch company where you have a watch face that can interchange with different bracelets. They are really cute. If any of you are interested in coming leave me a comment and I'll get you an address or you can call me too. Thanks!

Maisey's First Birthday:
I have been slow getting these pics posted from Maisey's party but here are some highlights and some pictures from her party last week...
This was her free Cake, she absolutely LOVED diving into it (my camera died so I don't have the pics from her cake but when I get them, I will post them).
She was loving the food, she ate a TON! I swear this kid has a bottomless pit stomach.
She got so spoiled and she loves all her new presents. The little tike red vehicle thing is what Cade and I got her and she loves it but she still can't figure out how to move it with her feet. She is so darling in it though. She had such a fun birthday and she loved being the center of attention (I know we're in trouble). Thank you for all of you who came and supported her, you made her birthday the best.

Breaking Dawn Anyone?
Anyone read "Breaking Dawn" yet? I am about half done right now and I won't write anything that will give anything away for anyone who hasn't started it (although you may not want to read other's comments). I just want to know anyone's thoughts on it? Team Edward or team Jacob? I am a huge Edward fan and I must admit that I am completely obsessed with these books and since my husband just makes fun of me, I need someone to obsess over them with me. Anyone?

Modbe Sale:
Just wanted to get the word out that modbe is having a big sale on their full inventory that is left from summer season. They are bringing out their new line in a month and are trying to get rid of everything. So go to modbeclothing.com and check out the sale. You can shop under my name by just clicking on the bottom of the page where it says "find your fashion consultant." You just have to type in my name and state and it should pull up very easily. They have tons of swimsuits and other cute clothing left so check it out.

I fly...
Last weekend Cade's parents took all the boys to the "I fly" in downtown Ogden (it's the indoor stimulator that makes you feel like your skydiving). It was a blast to watch. I want to do it when I'm not pregnant, so maybe we'll go back for my birthday next year. Cade was so funny, he was scared to death (even though he doesn't really admit it). He looks hilarious doing it. Here are some pics, I hope you enjoy them as much as me.

Poineer Day BBQ...
My brother had a BBQ for Pioneer Day, and we had so much fun. I'm not sure who had more fun with the fireworks, me or my nieces and nephews. I love doing our own fireworks. Here are a few pics from the little get together...
I wish I would've taken a better pic of this, this is the treehouse my brother built. It is such a fun little playhouse and the kids couldn't get enough of it.
Cade took Mais up to the top, she loved being up there with the other kids.

Any Idea's?
So Mais has had the runs (sorry for too much info) for three days now and it is constant so what does that =? HORRIBLE diaper rash. I have seriously never seen anything like it. Her poor bum is so bloody and it continues to get worse. I have caked on the desitine and I have also tried perscription diaper cream and nothing is helping. So I'm wondering if anyone has any tricks up their sleeve on how to help her poor bum out? I swear nothing works because she is constantly needing a diaper change and all the wiping and the runs make it impossible to heal. Sorry if this is too gross, I just am so desperate.

I've been tagged!
I have to share six random thoughts about me. This is a hard one because I have to think of things to right about me and not Mais. So here goes...
1. I love having a big family (4 sisters, 4 brothers)
2. I love to Read
3. I barely graduated High School (not sure why I'm sharing that, but I was horrible at going to school, I sluffed all the time)
4. I plan to persue a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education
5. I started working when I was 15 and never stopped until I had Mais.
6. I secretly would love to have twins but shhh don't tell anyone.
Now I am tagging... Darbee, Danyle, Amber. So go on your blog and write 6 random thoughts about you.

Now I understand...
why people always said "just wait until she can walk." I have been saying how busy Mais is for about 3-4 months now and everyone kept telling me that. Now I get it, she is starting to really get the walking thing down now and she walks all over the house. Wow, right when I didn't think she could get any bussier sure enough she did. I cannot keep up with her, she's crazy. Not to mention she has had 2 really bad bonks in the past 5 days. Those are the worst and I know that there are lots more to come.

New Purchase:
This is Cade's newest purchase. With gas prices so high and how much he drives just to and from work he decided to get it to "save money." It is kind of dorky but we don't really care about that because this bad boy gets 80-100 miles to the gallon. Now he just needs to get a motorcycle license so he can put it to good use. Here is a pic of our lovely scooter...

July 4th...
Sorry it took me a while to post these, I had to get pictures from my sister in law (I have been so bad at remembering my camera lately). July 4th is one of my favorite holiday's I just love it every year. We have the yearly tradition of going to the parade with my in-laws and then doing a bbq at there house afterward. This year they set up some really fun water toys for the kids and they had a bawl. Here are some pics of our fun day...

We'Re ExCiTeD...
to announce that we are having another baby. I found out in Florida and we went to the doctor last week. I am almost 8 wks along so its still pretty early, but we have been excited to tell everyone. My due date is February 22nd.
So for the quick story of when I found out...
The night before I left for Florida I took a test and didn't tell Cade because I was thinking if it was positive I would wrap the test up and have him open it on Father's Day (I was gone over Father's Day), but the results came back negative. So the first day in Florida I was late so I decided to take another test and it was postive. So I picture messaged the test to Cade and said "Happy early Father's Day." He wrote back saying, "What does that mean? And why are you doing that without me?" So I had to call him and clarify (he thought it was joke, silly boy) but he is very excited and so am I.

Florida:
I finally got my Florida pics from my sister so I thought I would post some pics and tell you all about my trip. I went to Florida with my mom, my sister Kaylee, my sister Kara and her two girls Shelsey and Madison. I left Mais at home with Dad and had a really fun girls trip. Cade actually really enjoyed the time with Mais.
The first day there we hung out at the hotel and just did dinner because we got there late in the afternoon. The second day we went to Sea World which is my fav. If you have never been to Sea World in Florida, it has the funnest roller coaster ever, it's really intense. The third day we went to the beach, which is always a blast. We had the most fun just jumping the waves and doing all sorts of tricks into them, it was probably my favorite day. The forth day we went to Universal Studios which it was my first time ever going, I loved it so much. I am such a thrill seeker and I love doing rides so it was a perfect day for me. My favorite ride was Spider Man. The next day we had a pool day which was really nice to just be able to relax and be lazy for a day. The day I left my plane didn't leave until 5:30 PM so my sis took me shopping and then we did lunch. We had so much fun but I missed Cade and Mais so much, I was ready to come home by the end. Mais was a little clingy when I got home but surprisingly she did pretty good without me. I hope you enjoy the slide show!

BBQ at Grandpa's:
So about a week and a half ago we had a BBQ at my dad's for my nephew's birthday and we had so much fun just relaxing and visiting in the backyard. Mais had a blast in there little waterfall and especially in the cooler. Here are a few pics of the fun we had at Grandpa's. It was funny too because once she got out of the waterfall I took her diaper off and let her play naked, well that was a bad idea because she peed on their back porch, oops sorry dad.

I nEeD yOuR hElP...
I have been on the hunt for t-shirts for girls camp and am having a hard time finding some for a good deal. If any of you know anyone who does them for a good price, please let me know. Also does anyone know where I can find some sheetmetal to make magnet boards? It is coming down to the wire for Camp (only 5 wks until we go) and I still have a lot to do, hopefully it will all come together but any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

Backyard Fun:
A couple days ago I decided to blow up the pool and set up the slippin slide so we could have some fun outside. The kids had a lot of fun on the slippery slide and Mais mostly loved the pool. She is such a fish in the water, she just loves it. I wish we had a bid nice pool in our backyard and we would swim everyday. Here are a few pics of our fun day.

NeWeSt AdDiTiOn...
Introducing the newest addition to my family...

Easton Kole Green! He was born on June 5, so he is a couple weeks old (I'm behind on posting about him because I was waiting for pics). We are so excited to be welcoming him into our family and can't wait to watch him learn and grow. He was born into my brother Jeff's cute family. They have two other kids ages 4 & 7 and they just adore their new baby brother. The 7 yr old Kaylen thinks that he is her baby and wants to take care of him all the time, its so cute. Congrats Jeff and Amy, Love you guys.
