TWILIGHT MOVIE TRAILER

I saw this on my cousins blog (she always has fun stuff on her blog) and thought it would be fun to add to mine. I was completely obsessed with these books and was so excited when I heard they were making a movie. It sucks I have to wait until December :( So this is for all the twilight fans. I am also very excited for the 4th book to come out in August. Thanks again Tina :)

So I have decided to start selling modbe clothing and I need all the help I can get to get the word out there. If you know anyone who would like to order anything or have a party send them my way. They have darling clothes and awesome swimsuits for all body types. I am in love with their swimwear and I hate swimsuits (thats what happens after you have a baby). You can check out there stuff at modbeclothing.com when you click on the shop icon it will ask for a consultant name, just plug in my last name. Thanks all for the support!

Most Exciting News Ever...

So two of our closest friends, Kevin and Corinne, have been trying to have a baby for a few years and continued to be unsuccessful. They had plenty of tests done and could never find anything wrong. They have gone through so much trying to have a baby and after many disappointing months they decided to try and adopt. So for the past six months they have been going through the long process of getting on the adoption list through LDS services. They finally got put on about two weeks ago. Let me just tell you that these two are seriously so amazing and I just knew it wouldn't take them long to get a baby because they have so much to offer. They will make perfect parents. So every day since they got put on the adoption list I have thought about them wondering, "Has someone looked at their profile today?" or "Has someone considered them today?". So Corinne called me on Thursday afternoon and asked if we could come stop by. We suspected that possibly they had some good news for us but didn't want to get our hopes up. We dropped by on Thursday night to find baby stuff sprawled out all over. So they got a call Thursday afternoon and was told that a woman that lived fairly close to the area had gone into labor the night before and had decided to place her baby and had chosen them. They had only 30 minutes to decide if they wanted him. So they confirmed that they wanted him and had to go buy everything that night, so they could go get him the next morning at 11:00. They had less than 24 hours to plan for him (I cannot even imagine). So they brought him home on Friday and let me just say that he is perfect. They named him Austin Wayne. Isn't he cute? This is such a blessing for them and such an answer to many many prayers. There aren't two people more deserving of such an amazing blessing. This was such an exciting thing that I couldn't help but share (sorry its so long).
By the way since they were only on the adoption list for two weeks they set a record in Ogden for how quickly they got a baby.

Shea Gets Home!

Cade's brother Shea got home from his mission on Wednesday. It was so much fun and so exciting. He returned home from the Manchester, New Hampshire Mission. It is so great to have him home and we are really looking forward to watching him get to know Maisey. He was a great missionary and is an awesome example to us all. We love him and are pleased to have him back.

The picture of the three of us is us waiting very patiently at the airport. The other is Mais meeting her uncle for the first time.

By the way...

If you chose to watch the video below you might want to pause my playlist (at the bottom of my blog) before you watch it so you can hear it better!

Logan, the Sky Angel Cowboy

This is the cutest video, I actually got it off my cousin Tina's blog and had to share it with all my friends. It really is a touching video. Thanks Tina.

No No...

Maisey's new obsession is our dog's (duke) food. I have to put it up on the counter because any chance Mais gets she is in the dog food putting hanful's in her mouth at a time. I can't believe she doesn't spit it out but she actually seems to like the taste (yuck)! This whole mobile thing is quite tricky, not to mention she is too quick for me. She's crazy!

Great Day!

It was seriously such a beautiful day today. I need more days like today. I got some yard work done and just enjoyed being outside in the sun. After a long, cold winter stuck in the house, it was so nice to enjoy a day in the great outdoors, and Mais loved it too. Too bad it's supposed to rain tomorrow :(

No Warning!

Ok so before becoming a parent, why didn't other parents warn me about how miserable it is when your children get ear infections and teeth? Common sense always told me that it would be hard but nobody really warned me about how hard it REALLY is. It is seriously the worst thing ever. This is her third ear infection in 2 months and it is the saddest thing. She is so miserable and there isn't a whole lot I can do for her. It's a very helpless feeling. So for all those parents to be out there be prepared for the awful ear infections and teething, it really is the worst thing in the world.

Eventful Weekend!

Saturday was Cade's birthday so we had a fun day. Cade's girls had a soccer game so we went out to that and then Cade had Priesthood. After Priesthood we went out and celebrated at the Mandarine in Boutiful, like the yummiest resturaunt ever. We had a lot of fun. Sunday was a very special day. Our neice Alexie and our nephew Cody both got blessed. I love baby blessing because there is always such a special spirit there. We also celebrated Cade's birthday with his family. He got a couple gift cards to Applebee's and he couldn't be happier about that. He is so obsessed with Applebee's. So I hope Cade had a good birthday! It was such a great weekend.

Mission Reuinion:

On friday night Cade had a little open house mission reunion at his Mission Presidents home in Salt Lake. It was so much fun to see some of Cade's closest friends from his mission. The best part was getting the chance to meet one of Cade's dearest friends, Alex Winters, that he served with. He is from England and him, his wife, and darling daughter came to Utah to visit. He was actually Cade's companion when Cade got my first letter. So I have always heard so much about him and was so glad I finally got to meet him. He will be here for another week and a half so hopefully we will get to spend some more time with him. In the picture above he is the one in the middle with the glasses.

It's official...

Mais is crawling. She started yesterday and is already getting so good at it and she is obsessed. It's so cute to watch her because she is still a little wobbly. Also, two days ago her first tooth started to pop through her gums. After like 3 months of thinking she was getting teeth, it has finally come to pass. She is going through so many changes right now and it is so fun to watch her grow.

American Idol...

So American Idol is another weakness of mine. I'm so addicted. So, I need to know who everyone thinks is going home tonight? Any guesses? I really hope it's not my David Archuleta. I am confident that it won't be but you never know with this show! I think it will be Ramiele. Time shall tell...

Hser Nay Moo

This is the such a sad story and it has literally broke my heart all morning. It really makes me thankful that my family is safe. I cannot imagine what the parents and family of this little girl are going through. May they all be in our prayers...

The Hills

This show is one of the many that I watch faithfully. I have been so excited that it has been back on the last couple weeks. I love the drama (especially because its not mine). I know its sad, but true. I'm a sucker for reality T.V. shows. YIKES! Any other Hills fans?
